NOTES ON WHAT NUMBERS MEAN

============================

-Damage-

The damage statistics are formatted as follows: (maximum damage) - (minimum

damage).

-Range-

Formatted: (range A) - (range B).

When the range reaches range A, the damage each bullet does will start to

gradually drop from maximum damage, until you reach range B. At this point the

gun is at minimum damage, and will continue at that damage.

2000 units = 50 meters.

-Rate of Fire-

Measured in "Rounds per Minute."

-Kills in-

Measured in milliseconds (ms), I did not make "Kills in" sections for Semi-

automatics (for obvious reasons) or for long ranges (because not all your shots

will hit, and the gradual deterioration of damage over ranges).

Description:

A 3-shot burst gun that kill in one burst at close range. Good damage makes it

work well with a silencer. Can one-burst-kill from the hip with steady aim.

Recoil Notes:

- No sway

- Very little recoil

- sights reset themselves after each burst

Quirks:

The delay between bursts cuts the M16A4's effective rate of fire to 450 RPM.

Description:

High-powered assault rifle that works extremely well in medium to close range

because of it's high power and relatively low recoil.

Recoil Notes:

- Has sway.

- Gun APPEARS to have high recoil, but in reality the sight levels itself off

before firing off the next round.

- Noticeable kick, though so best fired in bursts or manual single-shot over

long ranges.

Quirks:

This gun is an odd one. For some reason, the gun's damage decreases to 40-20

when used with a Red Dot or Silencer. For maximum damage use with no

attachments, grenade launcher, or ACOG scope. Also, the AK-47's grenade launcher

comes with a view finder. Some people testify that they aim better with the

grenade launcher attached because of this. It's really all up to personal

preference, though.

Description:

Jack of all trades gun that is accurate at long ranges, and has a good rate of

fire for close quarters combat. Gets beat by long ranged rifles at long range,

and SMGs at close range. Good iron sights and high rate of fire for close

encounters mean the gun works well silenced. Works well with many perks due to

its versatility.

Recoil Notes:

- Has major sway.

- Has almost no actual recoil, but you'll have to readjust every few seconds

because the gun's sway can move you off target.

Quirks:

None to speak of. What you see is what you get.

Description:

Medium-power long-ranged rifle. less recoil, less damage. Works surprisingly

well in Close quarters engagements from the hip, especially with Steady Aim.

Great iron sights make this gun good with a grenade launcher.

Recoil Notes:

- No sway.

- No kickback in any direction, as the sight levels off before you can fire off

another round.

- Very little kickback with ACOG Scope.

Quirks:

Silenced G3 has an erroneously long Melee Delay, longer than the stabbing

animation, so the melee attack does not work.

Description:

Basically the same as the M4, except with a lower rate of fire, longer reload

time, and noticably more kickback. So why bother? Read on.

Recoil Notes:

- Has very little sway (explained in more detail below)

- Noticable kickback.

Quirks:

The G36C has noticably less sway (70% the amount and nearly half the

speed of the M4 when standing) than the other automatic assault rifles. The

amount of sway lowers even further as you

crouch or go prone. By the time you're prone, the gun has almost no sway, and

the sway it does have is extremely slow. This works with all the G36C's

attachments, including the ACOG Scope.

Description:

Higher-powered version of the G3 with more kickback.

Recoil Notes:

- No sway

- The M14 has much more kickback than the G3. As a result, if you hit the fire

button as fast as you can, you'll end up firing subsequent rounds in the middle

of the gun's kick, making you lucky to hit anything. In order to be accurate,

you must wait for the gun's sight to level off (which it will do automatically).

Quirks:

None to speak of. What you see is what you get.

Description:

A nostalgic call back to the gun that owned so hard in Call of Duty 1-3.

Basically a slower-firing AK-47 with no attachments.

- High Recoil

- High Kick back, but only after the first couple rounds. Should be fired in

bursts.

Quirks:

It's got no attachments!!

Description:

Extremely high-powered (for a submachine gun) SMG with a relatively low rate of

fire. Excellent in close quarters, recoil makes it difficult to use at long

ranges.

- Moerate recoil in a cluster around your sight

- Fire in very small bursts or manual single shot for long range fire fights.

Quirks:

None to speak of. It's a very good gun, though.

Description:

Odd gun with extremely high damage at extremely close range, and one of the

weakest guns everywhere else. Extremely small clip size. Works surprisingly well

with an ACOG (probably due to low recoil)

Recoil notes:

- No sway.

- Almost no kickback or recoil.

- Higher kickback with a red dot sight.

- Very little kickback with an ACOG scope.

Quirks:

Nothing that doesn't show up in the statistics. Worth noting is that the gun's

range is so dismally small by default that there's really no reason not to use a

silencer.

Description:

High powered Submachine gun that resembles an assault rifle more than an SMG.

When equipped with a silencer or red dot has the hip accuracy of the assault

rifles (less accurate than normal)

Description:

SMG with a large 50 round clip, little recoil, and a great rate of fire. Has

earned a dubious repuation as a "noob" gun.

Recoil Notes:

- No sway.

- Low recoil.

- Fantastic iron sight.

- Basically no kickback. with a red dot scope it appears to have some, but it

levels off before firing off the next round.

- Best when sprayed in close quarters, bursted at long ranges.

Quirks:

None. It USED to have 75% more sprint than the other SMGs, but

this has been patched out of the game.

Description:

The Default Light Machine Gun. Like all LMGs, it's great for camping and laying

down lots of fire.

Recoil Notes:

- Low recoil, unlike other LMGs (meaning you don't necessarily need a grip).

Quirks:

The SAW with a Grip has improved Hip Accuracy (Between the assault rifle and SMG

hip accuracies).
